Draw closer to God
Let’s pray for a closer relationship with God
Dear Heavenly Father, We come to you today to ask for you help and guidance in my life. Draw closer to me as I draw closer to you. I desire to become more like Christ and I choose to pick up my cross and follow Him. I welcome the Holy Spirit to come into my heart and minister to me and give me direction on the path I must take in order to be completely dedicated to you. Grant me mercy when I stumble and give me a stronger will power over my fleshly desires. I lay down my life and ask you to resurrected it and transform me into a new creation. Lord I ask you to speak to me and direct my path that is pleasing to you. I ask all former thoughts, behaviors, and actions be replaced with yours for I want to become stronger in my faith, more obedient to your word, and completely consumed with your spirit. Lord come into my life and change me so that I can become a living testimony for your goodness and glorify you in all I do. in Jesus name we pray -Amen
